Overview
A bonding jumper keeps the earthing path continuous where rails splice, where a rail meets a module frame and where the array ties back to the earth bar. Both ends carry a ring terminal, so the joint is closed with a single bolt and no extra drilling.
Two versions are made on the same line: an insulated yellow-green jumper for exposed runs, and a flat braided strap for tight joints where a round cable will not sit. Conductors are 2.5, 4 or 6 mm²; the braid is bare copper, with tinned copper or copper-clad aluminium on request.
Lengths follow the rail spacing and terminal centres on the order, so jumpers arrive ready to fit rather than being cut and crimped on the roof.
