H-Beam Brackets Welded to Drawing
End plates, stiffeners and holes per drawing.
Cut, welded, drilled and finished to your drawing — then coded, bundled and packed so the site crew can assemble without re-measuring.
Solar arrays on ground screws still need steel to bridge the foundations to the rails: brackets, columns, cross beams and supports. We fabricate those parts from H-beam, box section and plate, working from your structural drawing, cutting list or a sample part.
The scope starts at a single bracket type and runs to full beam sets for a project, including base plates, stiffeners, lifting points and hot dip galvanising.

Each item below is produced against an approved drawing; the photos are from our own workshop and site work.

End plates, stiffeners and holes per drawing.

Finished, primed and marked for site assembly.

Batches stacked and separated for transport.

Long members with stiffeners and lifting points.

Drilled base plates and anchor patterns.

Hot dip galvanised guards and supports.

Bundled, strapped and labelled for loading.
We check sections, plate thickness, hole positions and welding access, then confirm the cutting list in writing.
Band saw and CNC plasma cutting; base plates drilled to your anchor template.
MIG/MAG welding in jigs for repeat members; stiffeners and end plates set to drawing.
Shot blast and primer, or hot dip galvanising on the partner line, with coating checked per batch.
Member codes, match marks and packing list, bundled on timber and strapped for loading.
Heavy steel is hard to fix on site. That is why the checking happens before packing, and why the paperwork is built around the member list.

PDF drawing, cutting list or a photo of the part is enough to start. We reply with questions, then price, lead time and packing.
